Kelley has more than 25 years of experience creating and implementing marketing strategy and customer interactions for her clients. Her innovative campaigns focus on market insight to develop customer engagement and brand recognition through media, social, advertising, and collaborative partnerships. She has worked with a diverse collection of clients, including L’Oreal USA, Deloitte, USAA, BMC, and USAID. She launched an advertising and social media engagement campaign for the Smithsonian Craft Show, building a dedicated audience and brand recognition. She has managed political rallies on the National Mall, designed Inaugural wrap-around events, and launched branded products. Through market research, media outreach, creative content generation, and data analytics, she explores the whole customer journey to create alignment on strategy and execution plans for her clients. She has been honored with several industry awards and volunteer recognition for her non-profit work.
