Mr Nelson is a result driven C-level executive, with a background of over 30 years in international finance and operations in both public and private companies. He brings a unique combination of senior-level financial and hands-on operational expertise and investment experience in Technology, Professional Service and Medical device companies. His strengths and experience are in areas such as Equity Raising from Venture Capital and P/E firms and co-ordinated Debt transactions, Capital structuring analysis, financial management and reporting, restructuring and workouts of complex company situations, business development – M&A transactions, and has extensive experience in EMEA, APAC and SA. He has completed 2 IPO’s and completed over $800million in Equity and Debt transactions. In addition, Nelson completed over 100 M&A transactions.

Ken has worked with several start-ups and early-stage companies acting as CFO – COO and raising them to the next level – whether that is raising funds, putting together operational systems, accounting or general advice regarding what’s next in the company’s growth.
